Issue

The drop-down menus on "Special:CreateTemplate" no longer show properties for selection. This is also happening on master of Page Forms.

When rolling back to 5.6.2, the issue goes away, which suggests that some code change between the 5.6.2 and 5.6.3 releases is causing the issue. Semantic MediaWiki was not upgraded during that time.
