Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):

• Go to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:NewPagesFeed
• Click the ArticlesForCreation tab at the top
• set "no citations" as a filter

What happens?:
The list of active filters does not have "no citations"

What should have happened instead?:
A new info chip called "no citations" should have been added to the active filters

Other information : This holds true for any of the "were created by" filters too.
