Description

We created helmcharts for Superset in T352166: Create a helm chart for Superset

Now we need to define the deployments for both the superset and superset-next instances in the deployment-charts repository.

Acceptance criteria

The production Superset deployment is defined within helmfile.d/dse-k8s-services/superset
The staging Superset deployment is defined within helmfile.d/dse-k8s-services/superset-next
