The GitLab account created for @Dnshitobu is broken. Specifically the backing Developer account is missing an email address (likely fallout from the T339917: wikitech logins set the email address every time bug). As a result the GitLab account is also missing an email address. This will end up causing everyone problems until we get both records fixed.

I think that @Dnshitobu using https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:Preferences to set their Developer account email address again, waiting about 5 minutes to ensure that the update from Wikitech replicates across the LDAP directory, and then logging in at https://gitlab.wikimedia.org/ should update the LDAP directory and then update the new GitLab account.

If @Dnshitobu can try doing that dance and then report back here I would be more than happy to recheck the account status and enable it if things look correct.
