Lingua Libre has a huge userbase in countries where mobile phones are the primary mean of contribution to Wikimedia project.

We should accomodate these users as much as possible by ensuring the entirety of the UI is responsive and easy-to-use on mobile devices.

Since the front-end heavily relies on scoped CSS and flexboxes already, this should be quite easy to do.
