Context: Hypothesis for SDS1.4.1 (previously SDS2.3.1)

As part of SDS1.4.1, we will test the following hypothesis: If we publicly publish one report aimed at a general audience, collect feedback, and iterate on the report based on the feedback, we can identify a template for accessible and transparent data reporting to use for our core metric areas. We will start with identifying two target audiences: one in the Foundation and the second among community members. We will draft a report for Foundation staff and modify it for sharing among community members. We will collect feedback [..and..] use that feedback for future versions of the report.

Last quarter, drafted and finalized the Q1 external report (T347859).

This quarter, we will work with Movement Communications to share the Q1 external report with community members via meta-wiki.
