Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):
- be a new page patroller
- find an unreviewed redirect
- tag it for deletion (RFD)
What happens?:
- Special:Log says something like Rusalkii marked Hoot Gipson for deletion with [[Wikipedia:Redirects for discussion/Log/2024 January 14]] tag
- example RFD: https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:Log&page=Hoot_Gipson
- example AFD: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Log?type=&user=&page=Dimitrianos+Juliou&wpdate=&tagfilter=&wpfilters%5B%5D=newusers&wpFormIdentifier=logeventslist
What should have happened instead?:
- wikilink should be clickable
- may also need to change the wording. we're not actually tagging it with a "Wikipedia:Redirects for discussion/Log/2024 January 14" tag. we're tagging it with an RFD tag (and if we still provide this link, perhaps it should be scooted over and put in parentheses, or part of a piped wikilink).
