Description

Steps to replicate the issue ):

In Release rights step on Special:UploadWizard select "This is my own work..." option.
Under "Is this entirely your own work?" select "I generated this work using an AI tool" option
"Enter the name of the AI engine used..." field (mwe-upwiz-deed-origin-ai-container) displayed. The field has maxlength="10000", but it's not auto-sized.

What happens?:
Only about 100 characters can be typed in the field on desktop. Mobile view allows even fewer chars.
