I have removed it from the train blockers, I think we can survive with the small CSS glitch:

It shows up solely on non-redirected redirect pages and only on Vector 2022 (though that is the default nowadays?).

The Web team generally considers things like this always to be train blockers (and this was the same problem as T355805).
