As of now, it is possible to write changes into the list of mentors via action=growthmanagementorlist API action, but it is not possible to view the mentor list as of now. The only option is using MediaWiki:GrowthMentors.json wikipage directly, which is not sustainable, as it can change at any point (whenever Growth-Team decides to change how the mentor list works).

This task tracks adding that API.
