Description

The storybooks in Popups and MobileFrontend were disabled as part of T354943. This means we are unable to run UI regression tests or review designs for the many different types of Popups components that exist. This makes it harder for us to at a later date port them to Codex equivalents.

This is also a good time to re-evaluate the value of the storybook.

We should either look to fix this or migrate away.
