The superset_config.py contains multiple secrets (secret key, database passwords, etc). We need to make them available to helmfile by adding them to the private puppet repo, to have them be deployed under /etc/helmfile-defaults/private/dse-k8s_services/<service name>/dse-k8s-eqiad.yaml.
