Please rename my Phabricator username ~~and Wikitech account (https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/wiki/User:Tryvix1509 )~~ from "Tryvix1509" into "HideonRosie" to synchronize with my Global Wikimedia account. Thanks!

We currently don't rename Wikitech (aka Developer Accounts). But the Phab rename can certainly proceed.

Also note that Phabricator usernames can't contain spaces.
