As an organizer who uses the Invitation List feature, I want to be able to remove contributors from my invitation list, so that I can create a finalized invitation list of only the editors that I want to invite, which can be used for sending mass emails or other forms of communication.

Note that this ticket is more useful when we have the mass email feature.
