Mention bigChunkedUpload.js in Special:Upload
Open, Needs TriagePublicFeature

Description

Feature summary
go to any file https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:Random/File
click "Upload a new version of this file"
if the selected file to upload is bigger than 100 mb, it shows "This file is bigger than the server is configured to allow." but it doesnt tell users what to do.
PROPOSAL
mention https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/User_talk:Rillke/bigChunkedUpload.js in the message so that users know how to upload files > 100 mb.

only when T74768 is resolved will bigChunkedUpload be not needed.

Event Timeline

It seems there is nothing to change in the software as this is only for commons, maybe as part of WikimediaMessages to get it in more languages.

Suggest to request a change of a local system message to place this information.

There is the text: "Please mind our guidelines on overwriting existing files.", but it could be relevant also for new uploads.
