Description

Following T356876: Add a column to store central ID in globalblocks and global_block_whitelist tables new columns have been added to the globalblocks and global_block_whitelist tables. These changes should be reflected at https://www.mediawiki.org/w/index.php?title=Extension:GlobalBlocking/globalblocks_table and https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:GlobalBlocking/global_block_whitelist_table.

Acceptance criteria
