I think this broke the color detection. As of last few days, all tags are blue on IRC regardless of the tag's actual color.

Implementing T1176: Get icon and color from API instead of screen scraping could be one way to fix this "regression" that I believe has now been the functional output longer than distinct tag colors were used. Tags have been hard coded to blue since rTWBT981ba1a05005: Update parsing for current Phab version in mid-2018.
