Special characters glitch when using [[w:en:Wikipedia:Ultraviolet]]

When viewing 's contributions, a glitch appears. I used Ultraviolet rightclick on the person's name, selected Contributions.

What happens?:

It takes me to and I get the message:
Bad title

Did you mean: Special:Contributions/?
The requested page title contains unsupported characters: "%22".

What should have happened instead?:

This is an issue with RedWarn, as Ultraviolet doesn't have a right-click menu (as of now). We'll make sure this is fixed in reimplementation.
