Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):

- Download both the latest version of Wikipedia Stable/Beta Android versions
- Login on both apps with a good standing account
- Check that all actions, including suggested edits are visible, are visible on the Edit tab
- Change the IP to a blocked one (via VPN for example)
- Go back to each application and check the Edit tab.
What happens?:
- On the Android stable, all suggested edits have vanished without any indication of why that has happened.
- On the Android beta, the IP block message is being displayed on the background of the edit page without any kind of pagination (see the video attached).
What should have happened instead?:
All options should still remain present since the account is logged in or a message informing that the IP has been blocked should be present.
