Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):

• Click on "Edit" instead of "Edit source" in Chrome.

What happens?:

• Visual editor interface attempts to load but hangs instead and displays "Unable to fetch Parsoid HTML" and gives you the option to Try Again or Cancel.

What should have happened instead?:

• Visual editor should have started.

Software version (skip for WMF-hosted wikis like Wikipedia):

Other information (browser name/version, screenshots, etc.):

• Was using Chrome.
• Have experienced this problem for last couple hours. Figured out a workaround, like starting in "Edit source" and then clicking on the "Edit" tab for visual editor which for whatever reason was providing access.
