Description

Only work on this if T352778: Bring the QueryBuilder to Wikibase Cloud does not get picked up

Currently, we show a link in the examples of the Query Service that leads to the Wikidata Query Builder.

The Query Builder is not available on Cloud and is therefore misleading.

We are planning to remove this notice from the examples section of the Query Service for Cloud, because Cloud instances are shipped without Query Builder.
I'm not sure who owns this part of Query Service currently.
Our question is whether we should just do this for Cloud (in our own fork), or somewhere upstream to also allow Suite users to configure whether this notice is shown or not.

The upstream repo belongs to the Wikidata team. I got an OK from @Arian_Bozorg @Lydia_Pintscher and Kara for us introducing the configuration upstream
