Description

Once enough time has passed since T358776: Remove old versions of GlobalBlocking i18n messages was resolved, we should remove the -new suffix from the i18n messages which have this suffix (as this suffix was only intended to be temporary).

This should cause the messages to be renamed on translatewiki.net (and so no translations should be lost). However, we should wait until the changes from T358776 have been applied so that the rename is seen by translatewiki.net software.
