Description

As an event organizer who is trying to delete my event registration, I want to be able to delete my event from any wiki where I can access Special:MyEvents, so that I can easily and quickly delete my event registration.

Acceptance Criteria:

Given an event organizer goes to Special:MyEvents and clicks on Delete Event in the kebab menu
- And the event ID does not belong to the wiki where the user is trying to access the page
  - The event organizer should be redirected to Special:DeleteEventRegistration to complete the action

Delete event in the kebab menu correctly redirects to Special:DeleteEventRegistration, so I am moving this to product sign off.
