@Urbanecm_WMF and I discussed this one a bit today.

7 days is probably too short of a time frame, especially if we want to be able to provide constructive feedback to temporary accounts on smaller and medium-sized wikis, where edits may not be reviewed within 7 days.

I'd suggest declining this task for now, and we could revisit once we have a clearer pattern of good faith temporary account usage patterns on production wikis.
