Purpose: Run UI regression tests for Wikipedia.

Brief description: Today the Web team (reading-web-staging group on Horizon) manage the code for the UI regression tool Pixel. The goal is that Quality and test engineering team (QTE) will take over Pixel. Pixel runs today on https://pixel.wmcloud.org/reports/index.html and one wmcloud server. For the takeover, we want to create a new pixel group where we can add QTE team members and also web team members as needed. The plan is to setup a mirror of what the web team has today and then when everything works, do the switch to the new version. We know today that pixel needs extra disk space so we plan to add extra volume(s) to the instance.

How soon you are hoping this can be fulfilled: There's no time plan when the takeover would happen but if we could get the project created within one month that would be great.
