Description

Our current CSS Transforms Module is Level 1, so many things can't be done, like perspective or preserve-3d. The current standard of CSS Transforms is Level 2 (2021 version: https://www.w3.org/TR/css-transforms-2/) but we have Level 1 (2019 version). https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/diffusion/CSSS/
