@EMartin noting that the Adyen form doesn't require address (let us know if you want us to exclude). As to the helper images, may be hard as this form comes from Adyen, would a link be helpful instead or should we go down the road of seeing what it would take to include the image?

@anil. Yes! exclude it if not required. I read it was but I got that wrong. Please remove!

FR-Tech has determined that while we can't put an image inline, we can put a link to a helper image. @RLopez-WMF has drafted this image for us to work with.

The new requirements of this ticket are:
1: Remove address from the form
2: Add link "what are the routing and account numbers?" under routing field, direct to to the above image explain what is routing and account number
3: add a line to the bottom of the form "I authorize Wikimedia Foundation to electronically debit my account in the amount of $xx.00 on the agreed upon schedule. so there are few questions:
1: Since we are removing the billing address, seems like we can show the image to the form as below image, do we want to show image instead?
2: Do we want to translate the image text in different languages? since this ACH is used in Europe, and not all read English.
3: From Adyen, we can alter the error text below the routing and account fields as image, and the logic from Adyen seems like we valid count is 9 digits for routing, and 4-17 digits for account number? Is that sounds ok, otherwise we need to contact Adyen to see if they can alter their error message logic
4: the account holder name is also optional, do we want to exclude it too?
5: is the font size and color looks ok for the donor auth statement after pay button?
