Description

Once WMF wikis are stably reading user agent strings from the cu_useragent table (T361199) and Data-Engineering have prepared for the migration, the schema migration config should be set to stop writing to the agent columns (e.g. cuc_agent, cule_agent) in extension.json

Acceptance criteria

The value of the schema migration config added in T361173 should be set to SCHEMA_COMPAT_NEW in extension.json
