That's not correct for all. Some Wikisources (like bn) keep main page under Wikisource namespace, so they already have worked on their issue. If you subtract 1 from their total, then that gives wrong stat for them.

Main Pages will now be able to add the __EXPECTWITHOUTSCANS__ magic word to be excluded from Special:PagesWithoutScans.

The MediaWiki update took place yesterday for all wikis, so the magic word is already working. The list is generated weekly, so it should be updated within a few days.
