the call to action button on the bottom of the page should have the same styling as other buttons (darker blue)
- this should increase the contrast (fix contrast issue)
as there is no form, this button should semantically rather be an styled HTML link, not a button-tag

This changes the font of the entire UoF page.
It now has the same font as all the other pages (also footer, etc...).
