My proposal is to add this feature to Special:AbuseFilter/test. At the top (or bottom) of the form, we may add something like

  • Only check hits from filter _____

Where ____ would be a NumberInput for specifying a filter ID. This way, no new pages are needed and other testing criteria can be used as well (e.g. selecting user, page, time etc.).
