in my understanding, your Herald rule H108 will partially break soon as it depends on the "auditor" role while we plan to disable Audit in Phabricator per T330794: Disable Audit application in Phabricator.

Could you please either remove that action from H108, or maybe consider to completely disable the Herald rule H108 (not sure how much getting notifications about these two repositories is still your interest)? Thanks a lot in advance!
