Make clearer that "sent you an email" notification is not clickable / on-wiki
Open, Needs TriagePublicFeature

Description

Feature summary (what you would like to be able to do and where):
Have a mouseover saying that the email is not on the machine, but in your (Gmail, etc.) mailbox.

Use case(s) (list the steps that you performed to discover that problem, and describe the actual underlying problem which you want to solve. Do not describe only a solution):

User clicks in vain wondering why they cannot open the "message".

Benefits (why should this be implemented?):

All other websites allow users to open "email" "messages" in one click.

However in this case the website is trying to communicate to the user that a real old fashioned email has been sent only.

Would "sent you an email to your email address" make more sense instead of popups that most smaller devices cannot display anyway?

Would "sent you an email to your email address" make more sense instead of popups that most smaller devices cannot display anyway?

Sounds great. Anything's better than the current behavior.
