When you attempt to delete any page it always result in error

I only did a test on deployment cluster, it may be related to local configuration too

Of course I updated the cluster before testing it, see Special:Version. I don't see a reason why this should be related to permissions. Are you using the same config and all extensions as we have on beta cluster?
actually the deleting work but the message which is displayed after say "Unable to delete page" and content of page is "1"
I tried it on test.wikipedia where debug console is enabled, and there is no error in debug log either
