Feature summary:
Change Vector 2022's Accessibility for Reading "Standard" font size from 16 to 15px in Chinese Wikipedia, per community consensus.
Background and reasons:
Currently, we have a gadget which change the default font size from 14 to 15px. The proposed new default ("Standard", 16px) is a bit larger than the current default on our wiki (15px). After discussion, we agree that we should keep the status quo (i.e. 15px) and therefore we would like to request to change "Standard" font size to 15px. Our gadget will not overwrite the Accessibility for Reading setting.
Japanese Wikipedia has a similar gadget, so probably this can be applied as default for all Chinese and Japanese wikis (and pages).
