Steps to replicate the issue:

• Login to the app
• Change the primary language to Test wiki
• Go to "Edits" and see the edit count
• Click on "More" menu on the bottom and go to "Settings" to change the primary language to English wiki
• Go back to "Edits" and wait for the screen to be refreshed automatically.
• Pull down to refresh the screen to fetch the updated edit count

What happens?:
The edit count from manual refresh is different from the initial refresh.

What should have happened instead?:
The edit counts should be the same.
