User Story:
Given that I am interested in the Wishlist, I should see a homepage to help me understand where to go. From this page, I should be able to submit a wish, see the last 5 wishes, all focus areas and get a general idea about the wishlist process is and read FAQ.
Acceptance criteria:
Add:
- Link to all wishes (disabled if they are not available yet)
- entry point to submit a new wish (button)
- View FAQ about wishes
- Show only lastest 5 submitted ( name of section "Recent wishes")
This ticket does not include the cards for focus areas, given that focus areas won't be released by July 15.
- It should include a stock card leveraging codex cards. The card would be a new template.
Please use the empty state design for reference.
