Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable):
- Log out from TWL and, if needed, delete relevant cookies
- Log in to TWL
- In the TWL dashboard click on "Access collection" for Springer
What happens?:
- Since last night (central European time zone) his yields: "HTTP Status 400 – Bad Request" = Springer Link cannot be accessed over our proxy
- At the same time, https://link.springer.com/ can be accessed directly over the internet, so the site is up
What should have happened instead?:
- We should have access to Springer Link.
Other partners can be accessed, as expected. Only Springer is affected.
Could you please look into this?
