Feature summary (what you would like to be able to do and where): Use italics (apart from colour) to identify invalid votes (whether it is stricken and/or nullified if there's a revote)
Use case(s) Open a SecurePoll voter list in mobile skin.
Benefits: better readability that doesn't rely on colour as the only identifying factor for such nullified votes.

Stricken votes get a strikethrough. I think this ticket is referring to duplicate votes, which are gray. I propose making duplicate votes a darker shade of gray in T354088. But I don't see a reason not to do both. I'll write a patch.
