As part of the work on MinT for Wikipedia Readers MVP (T359072) we want to allow communities to access more content that is only available in other languages with the use of machine translation. Although the main focus is on Wikipedia, this ticket proposes to enable the tool for Meta.

Meta contains relevant information and discussions affecting all Wikipedias. There, language can be a barrier to access information when the community has not provided a translation for the contents yet. One application of particular interest is the translaiton for the new approach to support the Community Wishlist process (T363306).

Enabling MinT for Readers on Meta will also help to reduce project-specific assumptions earlier in the process.

This ticket includes the work to make the tool ready to work on Meta, the deployment and community involvement. We'll incorporate feedback from the community to identify blockers and opportunities for improvement.
