As part of the work on the MinT for Wikipedia Readers MVP (T359072), machine translated versions of a wiki page are shown at the Translation view (T359801). There users have ways to make a human-made translation by reaching Content/Section translation from the "Review the automatic translation" indicator on top or the translation options (T359829).
Currently these go directly to Content Translation. However, that transition can be confusing without any guidance.
This ticket proposes to show a dialog to provide context to the user:

Review and fix translations
Improve the content available in your language. Write a better translation, and publish it on Wikipedia.
- Automatic translation provides a useful overview, but it is not always accurate.
- Contents written by humans are more reliable, and you can help expanding them!
- Follow a simple step by step process to review and correct automatic translations for each sentence.
