There is (as far as I can tell) no way for users without permissions to change blocks to find the block ID of a particular block in Special:BlockList. This is annoying if you are researching blocks on a wiki where you don't have permissions, and you want to be able to query by block ID. It's probably also frustrating for users who want to be able to provide a link to a specific block to be able to discuss it in more detail with someone else.
My proposal is to link the timestamp contents to Special:BlockList filtered by the relevant block ID. I thought about adding a column, but that adds too much extra space IMHO.
