Description:
For any page with a history of edits greater than 100, permit moves only after
administrator approval. Essentially, this could be some what of a 'built-in'
version of Requests for page moves. Additionally, preventing pages from being
moved after a certain number of edits helps to reduce vandalism page moves.

CVS version got a new system for user rights. You will then be able
to disable page move for all but certain groups of people. Should
solve the trouble.

It's like prompting whether you want to move a file, except a sysop is the only
one who can answer yes or no.

The point of this was to automatically build in [[en:Wikipedia:Request for page
moves]]. If a page is protected from moving or what not, a user may attempt to
move the page, where by it is listed on to a special page that automatically has
the following:
Page requesting to be moved -> page requesting to be moved to -- User, User's
talk page, User's contributions (Comment) (Allow) (Deny)
When an administrator clicks either Allow and Deny, a comment box is given why
the request was denied or allowed. The Allow and Deny is shown only those with
sysop status. The comment is for all users to make a comment to support or
oppose the move.

Having said that, I can't see any reason why it could be implemented as an
optional feature, toggled by a configuration file option.

to do so, may have the move be "reviewed" by an Administrator. Furthermore, the
moves can be queued and stacked.
Moves can be reversed. Plus, we disable moves for non-autonfirmed users. If
anyone is disruptive we can always block.
This is too much complex code for little use.
