In conjunction with @NNichols & @MDemosWMF we have added new custom fields to the address entity which include the date & source of the address. We could potentially update these from incoming payment processor gifts when we update them via our queues & could make use of these fields - but we would need to consider adding some more options - eg. Paypal for when paypal sends it from their account

I think it would be good to look at in a tech-talk - we can add some useful information from our queues (e.g if an address came from the donor form)
