Collabora: very good support with very old Microsoft documents, very good support on esoteric LibreOffice features. Open by default. Also provided by default by our tech partner C68.
OnlyOffice: open core (so some proprietary things). Russian company. Development model that angers the Italian-speaking LibreOffice community (including Italo Vignoli). Ask Italo why. Not provided by C68 at the moment.
