Acoustic's daily import job of contact source "MASTER SUPPRESSION LIST" has been failing every other day recently. Specifically:
- May 24: Failed
- May 25: Successful
- May 26: Failed
- May 27: Successful
- May 28: Failed
The .csv files seem to be present during import time. For instance, the most recent import was file "Unsubscribes-20240528041932.csv" .
May you be so kind to check this for us, please?
Steps to replicate the issue (include links if applicable)
We receive a daily email to check if the daily Acoustic import has been completed successfully. Received a message notating that the Contact Source job failed.
What happens?
While reviewing the daily export email notification, we received the following error message via email:

What should have happened instead?
The import jobs should have completed succesfully. We would have received email notifications informing us of their completion. An example of a success email would be:
