Currently summary endpoint is backed by mobileapps service.
Given that we've gathered all the required data that summary depends on we need to reimplement this logic in our PHP extension.

That means:

• Parse the html to a DOM object
• Apply the transformations and heuristics mobileapps implements
• Extract the summary output to the JSON output.

Some of the information are already there eg:

• GeoData
• Description

Some of them might need some code to choose which is the right output eg:

• PageImages

Some might need HTML parsing:

• Summary extract
