Feature summary
Implement a Mediawiki prompt with OOUI styles to let the user confirm log out action before logging out.

Use case(s)
[Sorry, but I really don't what to say here. Isn't it clear?]

Benefits:
Because I'm (personally) using the 2010 legacy vector skin as my primary skin and there are links around Log out link and sometimes I'm clicking on the Log out link by mistake and need to re-login to that project (and sometimes the other projects too).

The Vector2022 skin requires to first open the personal dropdown menu and then select the "Log out" menu item, thus it's very hard to accidentally log out:

I do not think this is needed or even welcome in that case.
