As a renamer I want to clearly see when I am acting on a rename and when I am acting on an account vanishing.
NOTE: if easier, we could create a new endpoint for the account vanishing. We do not HAVE to reuse the endpoint, but I guess it is easier.
The following are regarding the request page (eg: /Special:GlobalRenameQueue/request/2) when a type of request is "vanish" or whatever is the type that we defined in previous tasks.
AC:
- Replace all "Rename" with "Vanish"
- Change CTA to be "Reject Vanishing" or "Accept Vanishing"
- Uncheck "Move user pages" check
- Check and mark disabled "Suppress creation of redirects"
- Show extra information collected in T366442: Create Utility to collect User information
