I am posting (below) an evolving reconciliation data flow diagram here. There are a subset of folks in Finance and Operations actively discussing how Gr4vy will impact our process flows around fundraising reconciliation. We are in active discussions with Gr4vy about their standardized output files that are currently under development that we will have to ingest into Civi and downstream, the Finance system and our future Data Lake. This will impact the work of FRTech as indicated in the diagram and needs to be taken into account in our project planning around payment orchestration. We have the mock reports from Gr4vy stored here and are considering the fields needed in Civi and Intacct (accounting system). As part of the FRTech integration all of this will need consideration.

Here is the info for the Inacct system format from Finance (Angelito): Attached is the import file format. I have notes in the first tab of the file to orient you on how to interpret the data shown. Some notes:
- The Journal Entry Template Tab will show all the data fields that can be fed into Intacct, but not all are required to record a transaction. We would want to review what is available against our reporting requirements to ensure we have all the data fields necessary (this would be a collective we - Advancement, Accounting, FP&A requirement).
- Mapping Review tab shows how the fields in their original settlement file could be mapped - note that this review will need to be redone based on their new file as well as based on our final requirements.
- Transaction Upload Example is a mockup of a transaction file that contains the minimum information we may want to capture.
Hi @EMartin, can you please associate one or more active project tags with this task (via the Add Action... → Change Project Tags dropdown)? That will allow to see a task when looking at project workboards or searching for tasks in certain projects, and get notified about a task when watching a related project tag. Thanks!
@EMartin are you OK with me closing this? I'm trying to refine the open phabs down to the steps I need to do & this seems like more of an umbrella one for the work we have been doing (& not the only umbrella one we have )
